HOW ICAN IMPROVE MY PRACTICE.

Refesher trianing.
=generaly, improveing practice can also be by regular trianings.tokeep you capacity functioning at all times.
when ever you practice acratf then you will you need practical practice to make more better in that field. For example, demining operations.thereis need to conduct refresher training at some time to acess you capabilities of work.
=Improveing practices can also be by documenting all what you need to improve and practiceing it on dailly bases.By keepping information that will help during practice.

HOW I CAN IMPRVE MY PRACTICE.

The model of improvement on practice is how ican get what to make it worked. What is it that I have not yet improve into my learning skills? For example, educating my deminers to understand thier roles when it comes to safety? How shall they look into that they are safe? How would they conduct themselves when tackling areas where safety is needed? The activities of a deminer during his operational times are many simply because they do the work practically in a complete shift of clearance box which is fourty centimeters ahead of the deminers is the point that much needed safety. Which again is supervise by one person the whole day.

Thanks and more is on the way.
